Welcome to The Martial Arts Center online store for resource training guides. Whether you are a “Beginner or a Seasoned Martial Artist / Karate-ka”, our training guides, if used together, are meant to guide the new student in the art of Shuri-ryu Karate from White Belt to Black Belt (Shodan). We offer two styles of training resources: DVD Training Guides and Training Manuals. Our DVD Training Guides are high quality, easy to use and chapter ready. Our Training Manuals are well written, reader friendly and have digital pictures throughout.

The DVD and Manual training guides available are based on our Adult Curriculum standards. If you are purchasing one of these training guides for a child student then do so according to their current requirements.
