Our Kickboxing classes are designed to provide a high paced exercise routine involving the fundamentals of American Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing while providing students with an exciting, high energy activity to accomplish their fitness goals.

About Our Classes
- The beginning age is 13 years old.
- All classes are 1 hour in length.
- Our average class helps to burn 500 to 800 calories an hour.
- All classes incorporate Stretching, Callisthenic & Plyometric exercises, Bag work, Jump Rope drills and to finish it off, Core Abdominal and Back strengthening.
- Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals and learn basic self defense along the way.
Efficient and Effective Defense...
This is how we like to define our program. To be in better shape than an attacker is half the battle. You will learn how to properly and efficiently punch and kick, as well as learn how to strike with your elbows and knees. We stress proper body mechanics and body alignment in order to add a greater dynamic to the skills learned. In a typical class, you will find yourself following the instructor through no impact striking routines. You can look forward to working on one of our 15 Heavy Bags while participating in "timed rounds". Partner combination drills and pad work are very common as well. All of this will be integrated with a high paced routine of callisthenic and plyometric exercises for a "leaner and stronger physique".
Safety Is Our Concern...
You will be asked to wear the proper safety equipment in order to protect yourself from unnecessary bumps and bruises. In your training, you will find yourself more confident while striking the heavy bags. This is because you took the time to properly gear up.
